Bium researches the 1,000-year-old home-cooked meals of pioneers and prepares Korean food where people and nature coexist. From Jeju to Jirisan and Ulleungdo, we offer our customers precious ingredients grown in our land. It uses fermented foods that have been aged for more than five years for as short as six months, and presents a peaceful meal in the body and mind by avoiding strong and stimulating osinchae (garlic, green onions, leeks, soothing, and Heunggeo).

천년 전 집밥 그대로 채소 한식. 비움은 예 선인들의 천년 전 집밥을 연구하면서 사람과 자연이 상생하는 한식을 마련합니다. 제주부터 지리산, 울릉도까지 우리 땅에서 자란 귀한 식재료를 손님들께 내놓습니다. 짧게는 6개월 길게는 5년 넘게 숙성한 발효 식품을 사용하며, 강하고 자극적인 오신채 (마늘, 파, 부추, 달래, 흥거)를 피하여 몸과 마음에 평온한 밥상을 선보입니다.
