Bium researches the 1,000-year-old home-cooked meals of pioneers and prepares Korean food where people and nature coexist. From Jeju to Jirisan and Ulleungdo, we offer our customers precious ingredients grown in our land. It uses fermented foods that have been aged for more than five years for as short as six months, and presents a peaceful meal in the body and mind by avoiding strong and stimulating osinchae (garlic, green onions, leeks, soothing, and Heunggeo).
